Joe "The Connector" Kennedy has worked in many different facets of real estate since 1989, with experience as a Realtor, appraiser, leasing agent, in farm, ranch and land sales, multifamily development, new home sales, real estate investing and has been Managing Broker of AAA Properties since starting the company in 2003.

Joe was raised in Bellevue, attended Clyde Hill, Ashwood (now the site of the Bellevue Regional Library) and Enatai Elementary schools, Bellevue Jr. High School (now the site of Bellevue's Downtown Park) and graduated from Bellevue High School in 1981. He attended University of Washington before transferring to San Diego State University to concentrate on business and real estate.

Kennedy is the Founder of Eastside Entrepreneurs social networking group, former publisher of the Bellevue Business Journal, Eastside Business and Valley Business Journal newspapers and has put on Social Media Conferences since March 2009.  He greatly enjoys connecting people and businesses, social media and especially helping people with their real estate needs.

He has greatly varied work experiences including being an Accountant, a Crab Fisherman in Alaska, an Aviation Broker, Co-Owner of the Houston Texas based company Aerial Burial, Limo Service Operator, a Plant Manager for the former manufacturing operation of Seattle's Speakerlab, the Owner and Publisher of a Business Journal in southern California and being the World's First 24 Hour Realtor with Bellevue's Overlake Realty in 1989.
